Royal Park is a quiet and friendly community that nestles in quiet orange groves next to the National Park, the area is recommended by the World Health Organisation for its exceptionally warm climate and pollution free air. It is extremely peaceful but close to everything.
Royal Park is an ideal holiday rental as it is just five minutes from the beaches and town of Guardamar, and five minutes from the Golf courses, restaurants, bars and water park in Quesada. The local market on Sundays is a short walk, and there are bars and restaurants on the complex!
The latest addition is the excellent Stan & Ollies restaurant, see the new photo album for details! The Jennings Irish Bar with huge Plasma screen and live acts is now open, Chapters restaurant is excellent value, and Rayz Bar provides entertainment. There is an excellent Indian restaurant, and a new Argentinian Steakhouse that is superb! There is a small Supermarket on site, and other new shops, making Royal Park a great place to rent for your holiday on the Costa Blanca. Unlike most holiday rentals, you never need to leave the site!
Royal Park enjoys the best climate in the world according to the World Health Organisation! That's partly due to the sheltered position, and the salt lakes which absorb pollution and leave the air crystal clear. It is warmer here in the spring and autumn than the Costa Del Sol, not as scrorching in the summer, and much milder in the winter. Plus it's the real Mediterranean, lovely and warm, not cooled by the Atlantic like the other Costa. Flights are shorter, roads are emptier, prices for food and drink are much less, try the Costa Blanca and you won't go back to the hustle and bustle, this is real Spain!
